Is my online quotation guaranteed?
As long as the car is complete (with engine, gearbox, body panels, catalyst, battery and all the wheels) the price we offer is guaranteed for 48hrs and there are no deductions or administration charges whatsoever. Note that the car should be free from any waste and accessible.
How long does it take to collect my car?
Once you agree the price we will contact you within 30 minutes in working hours (we call and arrange a time/day for collection, typically this will be within 48 working hours). The actual collection time takes fifteen minutes; that's to load your car onto the recovery vehicle but it may take longer depending on the location of your car and how difficult it is to remove.
What do I need to provide at the time of collection?
To make the process quick have the registration document (V5C), a photo I.D, a recent utility bill, the car key, and locking wheel nut key if your car has alloy wheels, and any other paperwork you may have for the car would be useful.
What to do I do with my car insurance?
You can cancel your car insurance as soon as the car has been collected. If you cancel your insurance before the car is collected, then it is illegal for you to use it on the public highway.

About Henley On Thames Oxfordshire
Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England, 9 miles (14 km) northeast of Reading, 7 miles (11 km) west of Maidenhead and 23 miles (37 km) southeast of Oxford, near the tripoint of Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The population at the 2011 Census was 11,619.

The first record of Henley is from 1179, when it is recorded that King Henry II had bought land for the making of buildings. King John granted the manor of Benson and the town and manor of Henley to Robert Harcourt in 1199. A church at Henley is first mentioned in 1204.
During the Black Death pandemic that swept through England in the 14th century, Henley lost 60% of its population.
Henley is a world-renowned centre for rowing. Each summer the Henley Royal Regatta is held on Henley Reach, a naturally straight stretch of the river just north of the town. It was extended artificially. The event became Royal in 1851, when Prince Albert became patron of the regatta.
